With a Bachelors of Laws and a Bachelors of Science in Labour and Employment Relations, both from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Ms. Lawrence has a strong understanding of the labour and employment landscape in Barbados. Furthermore, she completed her internship with the Barbados Revenue Authority and has a strong understanding of Tax Law. In addition, Ms. Lawrence possesses a deep knowledge of local laws and regulations, and the Firm is already seeing remarkable results from her skills in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
